Emergency Department Liasons
Outreach and support for individuals brought to ED. Assist with services access and decrease risk of further crises.

Family Crisis Stabilization
Children and families identified as in-crisis or at-risk of mental health crises. Also bridge gap to longer-term services.

Library Crisis Services
Outreach, engagement, and crisis response within Multnomah County Library System.

Shelter Behavioral Health Team
Provide guests experiencing distress with behavioral health intervention.
